Treatment Coordinator
Chelly Elias is a committed Treatment Coordinator at Carmel Valley Dental, where she leverages her personal experiences to help transform patient attitudes toward dental care. Born and raised in San Diego, Chelly’s local roots and her journey through overcoming her own dental fears inspired her to enter the dental field. She is passionate about helping others confront their anxieties and finds great satisfaction in seeing patients transition from fearful to accepting of their dental care.
Chelly discovered she was in the right profession when she observed the positive changes in patients’ perspectives. By creating customized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique concerns, she helps individuals face their dental fears and improve their overall experience with dental care.
Outside of work, Chelly is the second of five siblings and an adoring aunt to her nephew. Her dedication to community service is evident in her involvement with homeless outreach programs. She regularly collects and distributes clothing donations, driven by her belief in using her blessings to benefit others. Chelly’s compassion and commitment extend both to her professional role and her community efforts.
